Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Lucky District, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional platform terms from Apple or Google may also apply.

2. Eligibility and availability

You must meet the age rating shown for the app and any higher minimum age required by your country or region. You may use the Services only where they are offered and lawful. We may restrict availability by territory, device, platform, or other eligibility requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your player account, device, and linked platform account. Keep access credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must provide accurate information when we ask you to verify ownership.

4. Virtual items and currency

The Services may include virtual currency, chips, cash, items, rewards, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold; have no real-world monetary value; cannot be redeemed for money or prizes; and may not be transferred, traded, or sold outside the Services. We may manage, modify, or discontinue Virtual Items as reasonably necessary to operate and balance the game.

5. Purchases and refunds

If purchases are available, they are processed by the app store shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, payment methods, cancellation rights, and refunds are subject to that store’s rules and applicable law. Except where required by law or the platform’s policy, purchases are final and Virtual Items are non-refundable after delivery.

6. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Cheat, automate play, exploit errors, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security controls.
• Use another person’s account or sell, transfer, or share accounts.
• Harass others or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Use the Services for commercial, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.

7. Ownership

The Services—including software, game systems, artwork, audio, names, logos, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Bunny Dash and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms.

8. Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the game, or operate the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion through our account deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of every game state, or availability of any particular feature. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunny Dash and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the Services. Any mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

11. Governing rules and disputes

Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections, and the rules of the platform through which you obtained the app may affect these terms. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact
